FlameBurst — Terms of Service

By joining and playing on FlameBurst, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General Rules

1. Respect all players and staff. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats are not allowed.
2. No cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized mods or clients.
3. No spamming chat or advertising other servers without permission.
4. No griefing or stealing unless a game mode explicitly allows it.
5. Follow staff instructions. Staff decisions are made to keep the server safe.

2. Account Responsibility

1. You are responsible for actions taken on your Minecraft account while connected to FlameBurst.
2. If your account is stolen or compromised, contact staff right away.
3. Sharing accounts is discouraged. If another person uses your account and breaks rules, you are still responsible.

3. Donations & Purchases

1. All payments (donations, ranks, cosmetics, etc.) are non-refundable.
2. Purchases help support the server and do not guarantee special treatment or immunity from rules.
3. If you are banned, muted, or punished, you will not receive a refund.

4. Punishments

1. Breaking rules may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans at staff discretion.
2. Staff decisions are final, but you may appeal through the official appeal process (see server website/Discord).
3. Trying to evade punishment (for example using alt accounts) will lead to harsher penalties.

5. Server Data

1. We log in-game actions, chat, and connection details to help with moderation.
2. The server is not responsible for loss of builds, items, or progress due to resets, rollbacks, crashes, or admin actions.

6. Changes to the Terms

1. These terms may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates.
2. Continuing to play after changes means you accept the new terms.

7. Disclaimer

1. FlameBurst is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.
2. By joining, you accept that the server is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime or data safety.

By playing on FlameBurst, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. Failure to follow them may result in removal from the server.
